This fun polka dot tie is made of white and black cotton fabric in a varied pattern.  Tie has a Velcro close.  Tie is shipped pre-knotted, however it can be shortened or lengthened by simply retying the knot.
 
THIS IS NOT A FULL-LENGTH TIE.  TIE IS KNOTTED TO A NECKBAND WITH A VELCRO CLOSE.  (see size chart included within pictures)
