SHIPPING POLICY
Haydee's Boutique is a small home based business. Products are not mass produced. Every item is created on a made to order basis. Due to the nature of the business, all products are shipped in 5-7 business days from order date. On occasion it is possible to ship sooner, however that will depend on amount of orders on hand.
Haydee's Boutique cannot guarantee prompt delivery on last minute orders. Especially during the peak selling season of July through December. During the busy holiday season, and the high volume of orders received, shipping may be delayed by as much as 7-10 business days. Haydee's Boutique makes every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible and appreciates your patience and understanding.

Haydee's Boutique is not responsible for delayed delivery, lost, stolen or damaged packages. Once the item is shipped, the responsibility is that of the postal service. Please be sure to provide the best address to ensure safe delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the handmade nature of our products, Haydee's Boutique does not accept refunds. Please be sure to read our product descriptions carefully and contact us directly with any questions, prior to purchasing any items. Please be sure to view the size chart carefully. When in doubt please contact the store directly. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the appropriate size is ordered. *Serious buyers only, please*

We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality items to ensure satisfaction. It is not possible to resell an item once it has been worn or damaged. The loss for Haydee's Boutique is great as it is a one-person business and each item is made to order. We have had to revise our policies due to items being ordered, worn and damaged and returned for refund.

Please DO NOT return any item without contacting Haydee's Boutique first. Items that are returned without any notification to Haydee's Boutique will not be accepted nor refunded.

Haydee's Boutique accepts cancellations within 24 hours. Any cancellation received after the 24 hour period will be refunded less 30% material cost. Once the product has been shipped, no cancellation will be accepted.
