This beautiful Peppermint Princess tutu costume is sure to make you stand out in a crowd.  The tutu is made with a white crochet top and EVA foam glitter chest piece in red and white.  Dress top is made in a corset style with red and white satin straps.  Dress has white and red tulle skirt.
 
Costume includes adorable mini top hat made of white glitter EVA foam trimmed in red sequin, red/white polka dot ribbon, silver trim, peppermint candy and red feather boa.  Hat is approximately 3” tall and 3.5” wide and has an elastic tie
