Costume includes 2 pieces (Dress and Hat).
Dress is tea length and made of black cotton fabric with long sleeves and zipper back. The blouse is decorated with black lace and sequin over a lace center. The dress includes a 3 layered skirt. The top layer is black organza trimmed with horsehair to give it a tiered layered look. The second layer is black cotton fabric and the bottom layer is made of black lining with a ruffle crinoline bottom.
The witch hat is made of black felt fabric.

Wicked Witch Victorian Dress
Blouse has a glitter-heart ribbon center trimmed with white crochet ribbon and Black/White polka dot side and back. Sleeves are made of Black/White striped chiffon in a double puff sleeve with a burgundy crushed velvet break in between. Collar is made of white sheer organza and Red/Black polka dot ribbon bows.
Dress skirt is knee length and made of Black/White harlequin cotton print fabric with a burgundy satin ribbon edge, trimmed with black lace and an overlay of crushed burgundy/red velvet. Dress skirt also includes an attached petticoat made of crinoline.
Dress comes with 6” fingerless gloves made of burgundy stretch lace.
